Q:- Do I need to frame it?
No framing is necessary. All of our acrylic prints come ready to hang with your choice of hidden floating mount or aluminum standoff hardware. The result is a sleek, contemporary presentation right out of the box.
Q:- Can I upload my own photo?
Yes! We offer a custom acrylic print service that lets you upload your own image. Perfect for personal photos, special memories, or even business branding. Just upload your file, select your mount, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Q:- Are acrylic prints durable?
Absolutely. Our prints are scratch-resistant, fade-resistant, and moisture-resistant. Acrylic is tougher than glass and built to last for decades with proper care—ideal for both home and commercial use.
Q:- How do I clean my acrylic print?
Acrylic prints are easy to maintain. Simply wipe with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or paper towels, which can scratch the surface. No need for framing glass or complicated care routines.
Q:- How are your prints made?
We use large-format printers and high-concentration UV inks for second-surface (reverse) printing on acrylic. This process protects the image behind the acrylic sheet while delivering exceptional color vibrancy and depth.
Q:- How long will it take to receive my order?
Most prints ship within7-10 business days. Custom uploads may take slightly longer depending on file quality and order volume. All orders ship from within Wisconsin with tracking included.
Q:- Can I license your photos for commercial use?
Yes. We offer downloadable stock art featuring Wisconsin cities, landscapes, and landmarks. Ideal for websites, marketing materials, and branding.
Shipping
All acrylic prints are made to order and ship directly from our Wisconsin-based facility. Please allow 5–7 business days for production, plus transit time based on your location. Each piece is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Because each piece is custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your print arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number so we can arrange a replacement. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of every print.
